Subprocessors

ThriveOnDev Ltd uses the following subprocessors to provide the managed-cloud service. A subprocessor is a third party that processes customer personal data on our behalf. This list is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement.

AI providers

AI model and agent providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, and Google — are accessed using the customer's own subscriptions, seats, or API keys. They are engaged directly by the customer under the customer's agreements with them and are not ThriveOnDev subprocessors. If ThriveOnDev ever offers a mode using ThriveOnDev-provided provider credentials, the relevant provider will be added to this list first.

Self-hosted deployments

For self-hosted installations, the control plane and agent jobs run entirely in the customer's infrastructure and no ThriveOnDev subprocessors process customer data, except where the customer explicitly grants support access.

Changes to this list

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To receive change notifications, email security@thriveondev.com with the subject “Subscribe: subprocessor updates”.
